Early High School Grads Can Get Scholarship Help

The Arizona State Legislature has provided an opportunity through the Early Graduation Scholarship Grant program for Arizona high school early graduates to secure up to $2,000 towards their postsecondary education.

Students graduating one semester early this year can apply now for $1,500.

There are several things a graduate needs to do to get Early Graduation Scholarship Grant Program.

The steps are:

  • The high school the student is attending must report them as an early graduate. (The Arizona Department of Education has information on this at: http:www.ade.az.gov/ schoolfinance/BulletinBoard/.)
  • The student must enroll in an accredited postsecondary institution in this state
  • Complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid
  • Graduate
  • Visit http://finaid.azgrants.
