The state hearing on the Pine Water Company's request to encumber a portion of its property concluded Dec. 12.
There are still requirements to fulfill before a recommendation and decision will be made, according to information from Administrative Law Judge Dwight Nodes of the Arizona Corporation Commission.
The parties in the case were asked to file post-hearing legal briefs by Jan. 9, and reply briefs by Jan. 18.
After the briefs are filed, Judge Nodes will prepare a recommended opinion and order that will be scheduled for an open meeting for the commissioners to make a decision.
The commission meeting on the matter has not yet been scheduled.
