The Payson Senior Center serves a hot meal at noon weekdays in the dining room at 514 W. Main St.

No membership is required. Cost of the meal is $3 for persons 60 and older, $5 for those younger than 60. Meals can also be delivered to homebound individuals. Reservations must be made one day in advance. For reservations, call (928) 474-4876.

The menu for January is as follows:

Jan. 1 - Closed for New Year's Day

Jan. 2 - Cheeseburger, baked beans, garden salad with four tomato wedges, apricots with light cream, wheat bun

Jan. 3 - Pepper steak, three-bean salad, potatoes, berries with light whipped cream, seven-grain roll

Jan. 4 - Pork roast, carrots, mixed vegetables, peaches, stuffing, gravy

Jan. 7 - Turkey ham steaks, cauliflower, mashed potatoes, melon mix, rye bread

Jan. 8 - Baked fish, cole slaw, broccoli, light cherry pie in graham crust, wild rice, corn bread

Jan. 9 - Chicken breast, corn on the cob, tater tots, 1/2 cup vegetables in salad with four tomato slices, light pudding, wheat crackers

Jan. 10 - Chipped beef over biscuit, pickled beets, peas, light lemon pie in graham cup, biscuit in entree

Jan. 11 - Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, baked potato, carrots, melon, seven-grain roll

Jan. 14 - Chili, potato wedges, green beans, sugar-free Jell-O with 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, corn bread

Jan. 15 - Turkey open face sandwich, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, fresh fruit, wheat bread in entree

Jan. 16 - Stir-fry chicken, stir-fry vegetables, half cup rice, cake, egg roll

Jan. 17 - Turkey ham steak, sweet potato and apple casserole, asparagus mix, pineapple juice, wheat bread

Jan. 18 - Pot roast, green beans, salad with four tomato wedges, low-fat orange sherbet, wheat roll

Jan. 21 - Hamburger goulash, corn, tater tots, light chocolate pudding with strawberries, garlic bread

Jan. 22 - Baked fish, twice baked potato, spinach, melon, whole grain bread

Jan. 23 - Chicken fried steak, salad with four tomato wedges, green beans, baked fries, low-fat yogurt, wheat roll

Jan. 24 - Hamburger, three-bean salad, baked fries, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, melon-berry mix, whole-wheat buns

Jan. 25 - Stuffed peppers, garlic potatoes, Mexicorn, angel food cake with berries, whole grain roll

Jan. 28 - Pot roast, potatoes au gratin, cabbage, fruit cocktail and rye bread

Jan. 29 - Beef stew, corn on the cob, one cup vegetables in stew, chocolate pudding with light whipped cream, piece corn bread
