Scare Tactics Used In Pine Cat Shooting

It's time to stop the terror being spread, in this paper, by a Pine resident. In the letter published Jan. 23 about boys chasing cats with bats, shooting into a chicken coop, shooting at an APS employee and a cat shot on a person's own property, are put together in a way that they appear to have been the responsibility of the same person.

The law is handling the last incident. If they did nothing about the others, then that needs to be addressed by the Sheriff's Office.

It is time to stop trying to scare the residents of Pine.

Aside from that, I am 72 years old and have never written a letter to the editor, but this is getting out of hand. I have been a part-time resident of Pine and/or Payson since 1976, and am sorry to see what is being allowed to get out of hand.
