Charles "Chuck" Walker Graser died Feb. 10, 2007. He was born to George and Catherine Graser on Dec. 18, 1918 in Warsaw, Ohio.
He joined the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II, serving from 1942 to 1945. On Nov. 10, 1945 he married Patricia.
He was with General Dynamics for 32 years. He and Pat came to Payson in 1978.
While making a home in Payson, he was a member of the Elks Lodge, the Marine Corps League, the Senior Circle and on the board of the Central Christian Church of Payson. He enjoyed fishing, camping and hunting, when not serving the community.
Mr. Graser is survived by his wife of 61 years, Pat Graser; their children Mike (Dayna) Graser, Debi (Miles) Musick, Janice (Dan) Chesser; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and two brothers, and one granddaughter.
Burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 16 at the Veterans' Cemetery in the Valley.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 17 at the Christian Church of Payson, 501 E. Rancho Road.
