Beyond Limits Disability Ministry meets Jan. 9

The Beyond Limits Disability Ministry, a Christian group for adults with developmental disabilities, ages 18 and older, will meet from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9 at Crossroads Foursquare Church, 114 E. Cedar Lane in Payson.

Participants will be treated to a delicious dinner, warm fellowship and a lively songfest led by Laura Hauptman, followed by the opportunity to learn about mission from Kevin and Linda Morris.

Care givers and service providers for the participants are welcome to attend. The ministry is without charge and is supported by a number of local Christian churches. For questions or further information, call Mark or Jennie Smith at (928) 468-8434.

New Bible studies starting for women

Mountain Bible Church is starting a new semester of Bible studies for women.

One study begins at 9 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 11 in the church's Building C, 302 E. Rancho Road, Payson.

The class will cover: Precept Class -- 2 Peter; "Experiencing Prayer with Jesus" by Blackaby; Precept Class for Beginners -- Titus; and I Corinthians Yoga and nutrition class.

MOM Time begins at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan 12 on "Breaking Free from Spiritual Strongholds" -- a Beth Moore Study. Child care is available in the church's Building C.

Beginning Tuesday Jan 16, the at-home study evening class will be onook three of "Sermon on the Mount" -- Purpose-Driven Study.
