The Payson Elks Lodge and United Blood Services are sponsoring a blood drive from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, at the Elks Lodge, 1206 N. Beeline Hwy.
All donors participating in the Jan. 13 collection are automatically entered to win a four-day/three-night "Sail Away" cruise and will receive a voucher for one FBR Open ticket ($25 value).
Those planning to give blood Jan. 13 are offered these reminders from United Blood Services and the Payson Elks:
- Don't forget your ID -- you can't donate without it.
- Drink plenty of water the day of your donation.
- Eat a hearty, low-fat meal before donating.
