The address will be covered live on Channel 4 and will be available on the Town's Web site. Additionally, it will be broadcast on KCMA 98.5 FM and KRIM 96.3 FM.

The theme of the address will be, "Where are we, where are we going and how are we going to get there."

The address is scheduled to run approximately 45 minutes, including a question-and-answer session.

The questions will be prepared and asked by members of the local media.

Edwards said the goal of the address is to do something he thinks should have been done before.

The address will talk about where the town once was, where it currently is and Payson's future.

The mayor said the State of the Town talk will last for 20 to 30 minutes. He expects the questions and answer period to last between 30 and 60 minutes.

If you have questions you would like asked of the mayor, e-mail them to editor@payson.com, call (928) 474-5251 ext. 115 or write them down and bring them by the Roundup office at 708 N. Beeline Highway.
