In fact, he loved it so much, when he retired from his maintenance and mechanical work with Motorola he went into business for himself.

Dave Joseph has Dave's PC Service and brings his expertise to your home. He especially enjoys working with senior citizens.

He started it as part-time work in 2003 and has now expanded into full-time service for PC owners in the Rim Country.

"My hours are flexible to work around customers' schedules and needs," Joseph said.

He said he especially enjoys working with seniors, whether it is doing repairs, maintenance or helping them learn to use their computers more efficiently. He can also upgrade computers, installing new hardware and software. Plus he provides virus removal services.

"I'm self-taught, so I can teach others from the ground up," he said.

Joseph can give advice on computer problems over the phone or come to the home of the customer. Sometimes the problem requires him to remove the computer and work on it at his home.

Joseph and his wife, Patty, have had a home in the Payson area since 1994, but were only able to move to the area full-time a little more than six years ago.
