Church of the Nazarene offers healthy lifestyle support

Celebrate victory in your life.

Are you ready for the lifestyle you were designed to live?

What if you were able to eliminate sickness and live a healthy life? You can have an overall sense of well-being because you can take control of your nutritional and other lifestyle needs.

Make a decision to celebrate your life and come share monthly with others who choose a healthy lifestyle over self-indulgence! There will be food preparations and recipes for healthy eating, tips on exercising, handling our emotions, getting rid of the stress and having plenty of rest, and other nutritional needs our bodies require.

Come celebrate with others experiencing the same desires you have for your health.

Every last Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. until noon. Meeting at the Church of the Nazarene, 200 E. Tyler Parkway.

Call (928) 474-5890 or (928) 970-3764 for further information.
