A lot can happen in 14 months.
And in the case of Star Valley, a lot has happened.
Star Valley Mayor Chuck Heron will give the inaugural "State of the Town" address at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Star Valley Baptist Church, 4180 E. Highway 260.
Heron said that his address will take a look at everything that the town has achieved since being incorporated in November 2005.
"I'll step back to Nov. 1, 2005 and move on to cover everything we've accomplished as a town -- infrastructure, law enforcement and so on," Heron said.
Heron said he will also discuss priorities for the town for the next few years.
Members of various town committees will review the progress their committees have made over the past year as well, town manager Vito Tedeschi said.
There will be a question-and-answer session following the address, Heron said. Members of various committees, as well as town council members will be present and will also participate in answering questions from the audience.
"The concept of Star Valley is people-driven," Heron said. "People can ask questions and I'll let my committee members answer them."
Heron said the address will be more informal than most, adding that he will focus on interfacing with people in attendance.
