Answer To Question About Feral Cat Program

This letter is in response to Lynn Andrews' letter asking how the TNR program works. It is statistically proven to work by spaying and neutering the cats to stop the reproduction process.

If all the females are spayed there is no reason for any tomcats to venture into your area.

I know that Payson Friends of Ferals has a couple of volunteers in Lynn's area and we would be happy to work with her and her neighbors in helping them with their problem. We can help to reduce these unwanted animals if we all work together.

Lynn, give me a call, and let's see if we can work together.

Lisa Boyle, Payson Friends of Ferals
