Hold on to your hats today. A wind advisory is in effect, along with a red flag warning for high winds and extremely dry conditions. According to the weather reports, the winds could gust up to 40 miles per hour. My lawn chairs have already sailed into the next lot, so batten down everything that could fly away. These conditions could continue until the end of the week, which include very dry fire conditions. Everyone needs to be extra careful of any spark of any kind, including cigarette ashes.
