The Payson Senior Center serves a hot meal at noon weekdays in the dining room at 514 W. Main St. No membership is required. Cost of the meal is $3 for persons 60 and older, $5 for those younger than 60. Meals can also be delivered to homebound individuals. Reservations must be made one day in advance. For reservations, call (928) 474-4876. The Senior Center recommends drinking 8 glasses of water per day during the hotter months.

June 21 Chicken-fried steak, baked potatoes, spinach, plums, roll
June 22 Salisbury steak, noodles, peas/carrots, garden salad, Mandarin oranges, roll
June 25 Two chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice, refried beans, melon
