Mountain Bible Church summer Bible study offered for women

A summertime Bible study for all women continues at 6 p.m., Thursday, June 28 at Mountain Bible Church, 302 East Rancho, Building C, Payson.

The doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the evening will conclude at 7:30 p.m.

Betsy Butler will present a program on Miriam using the book, "Remarkable Women of the Bible" by Elizabeth George, as a basis for her teaching.

The group will meet every other week through June and July and each meeting will have a different speaker and topic.

Bring a sack meal. Drink and dessert will be provided.

There is no childcare. All women are invited to attend. Bring a friend and enjoy a time of study and refreshment together with other women in the community.

Women invited to Monday Girls' Nite Out

Women are invited to share in food, fellowship and a movie at Church of the Nazarene, 200 E. Tyler Parkway, Payson.

Chonda Pierce and Girls' Nite Out team up for a sizzling summer. The topic for 6 p.m. Monday, June 25 is "Having a Girls' Nite Out"; at 6 p.m., Monday, July 30 the topic will be "Have I Got a Story for You"; and at 6 p.m., Monday, Aug. 27 the subject is "Four-Eyed Blonde." Call (928) 474-5890.
