The Main Street Merchants Guild and the Payson Regional Economic Development Corporation are hosting First Friday on Main Street Art and Antiques Walk, July 6.
Galleries, antique stores, restaurants and businesses will remain open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Local car clubs are invited to show off their classic cars along Main Street for this event. Vendors, street performers, and local businesses are welcome. Rim Country Museum and Zane Grey Cabin will stay open.
Plans include all of Main Street from Beeline Highway to Green Valley Park.
More food, more fun, more music and more classic cars. And, for the first time ever -- on-street parking.
The Kiwanis Club will be selling hot dogs and brats in front of Gasoline Alley.
First Friday on Main Street Art and Antiques Walk will continue throughout summer and fall. Mark your calendars for July 6, Aug. 3, Sept. 7, and Oct. 5.

As part of the festivities, the Down the Street Gallery will host a reception for featured artists April Bower and "Gail" from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Down the Street Gallery is at 703 W. Main St., Payson. For more information call (928) 468-6129.
So, put on your walking shoes and come out to enjoy to cool of the evening on Payson's historic Main Street. Many of the participants in the program will have free refreshments available for your convenience.
