Three men charged in connection with the Feb. 20 death of Roger Patrick Watson will likely have their arraignment hearing on Monday. At that time, they will be asked to enter pleas.
The grand jury met on Wednesday in Globe, though County Attorney Daisy Flores said she could not say at this time whether the three suspects -- Thomas Paul Georgatos, William M. Sweatt and Scott Bernard McGeough -- were indicted.
Flores said she is going to ask that the arraignment be held in Payson, since the crime occurred in Payson and is where the deceased lived.
Security issues could prevent that from happening, she said.
Watson's body was found in the trunk of a burning car on Cracker Jack Mine Road in the early morning hours of Feb. 20.
Georgatos faces a first-degree murder charge. Sweatt and McGeough have been charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
