Hats off to Scot Stevens, author of a recent letter to the editor with the same title.
It sounds very much like this should stifle (as ole Archie Bunker used to say) those trying to exploit these desperate people. The immigrants should not be hassled, just shut out of employment and shelter and sent home peacefully. No jails. The "illegals" to go after and put into jails are the employers and the landlords of those immigrants.
Actually, this will not solve the entire problem, for greed is a deep-seated malady of the soul.
