John Carpino and the Hot Cappuccinos, one of the Rim Country's most popular local groups, will be featured at the Payson Community 4th of July Celebration at Green Valley Park. The group is performing from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 4 as part of the Payson Parks & Recreation Department's Concerts Under the Stars series.
