A case management hearing will be held June 11 for the man charged with allegedly killing Roger Patrick Watson.
Thomas Georgatos, 35, of Payson, was indicted by a grand jury on 11 counts, surrounding Watson's death. He was indicted for first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, arson of an occupied structure, hindering prosecution in the first degree, abandonment or concealment of a dead body, tampering with physical evidence, misconduct involving weapons, possession of a dangerous drug and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Georgatos pleaded not guilty March 11 in Gila County Superior Court in Payson.
Watson's body was found Feb. 20 in the trunk of a burning car on Cracker Jack Mine Road.
