A genuine piece of Star Valley is now available for a five-dollar donation.
Street signs for more than 30 streets in Star Valley are being sold for five dollars apiece by town officials.
The town has been replacing all of the old green signs with new, high-prismatic brown signs
for the last month. Now that the process is complete, the town has the green signs leftover.
The streets available on the signs include but are not limited to Sunset Drive, Highline Drive, Dealer's Choice Lane, Cedar Mill Road and Highway 260.
To reserve a sign, call town hall at 472-7752, or swing by the Star Valley Town Hall building at 3632 E. Highway 260 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Star Valley Council will not hold a regular meeting Tuesday, Nov. 6 because of the Gila County election for the jail and courthouse facilities.
The Star Valley Baptist Church will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday for voters.
The council will likely hold a special meeting Tuesday, Nov. 13 in lieu of the regular meeting.
