The Arizona Corporation Commission hearing scheduled for 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 9 on the Pine Water Company has been postponed.
Commissioner Kris Mayes said a conflict with another case made it necessary to postpone the hearing to Nov. 19.
The ACC is hearing a request from a group of Pine residents who wish to have their property taken out of the boundaries of the Pine Water Company's service area.
The hearing started in August and has required a series of continuances, due to the extent of the testimony and material going into the record.
Administrative law judge Dwight Nodes is hearing not only this case, but another Pine Water Company case.
The second case is to allow the utility to encumber a portion of its property and equipment as part of its agreement with the Pine Strawberry Water Improvement District to explore a property in Strawberry for a deep-well site.
