Veterans Day Program
3 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 11 Free admission Payson High School auditorium
The matinee will include the presentation and posting of the colors, the national anthem, a reading of the mayor's proclamationeclaring the month of November to be "Veterans Recognition and American Patriotism Awareness Month 2007," the "Service Medley," "Amazing Grace" and "Taps."
John and Luann Carpino and Kathy Siler will help present the public Veterans Day program.

5 p.m., social hour; 6 p.m., dinner; 7 p.m., ceremony Entertainment and dance music to follow.
$25 per dinner
All Americans are invited to come celebrate our Corps and county from past to present and renew our resolve in support of our American way of life.
This community event will draw together, not only former Marines, but civic leaders, retired men and women, educators, business people, veterans, non-veterans and all patriots who recognize and appreciate the freedoms we enjoy," Bill Sahno wrote in a press release.
Sahno is a retired colonel of the U.S. Marine Corps.
