Get ready to get the holiday season in gear with Payson's Magic on the Mountain celebration.
Gather up family and friends and plan an outing at 5 p.m., Nov. 23 for the Swiss Village Lights, with festivities to follow on Nov. 24. After the festivities at the Swiss Village on Nov. 24, head over to the Payson Center for the Legacy Tree Lighting on Hwy. 260, next to McDonald's.
Next, bundle up and go out for the Dec. 1 APS Electric Light Parade on Main Street, which starts at 6 p.m.
On Dec. 7 come out for Santa's Workshop, Hay Rides and a Boat Regatta. From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. is the Main Street Art & Antique Walk; from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. visit Santa at his workshop in Green Valley Park and take a hayride; from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. enjoy a spectacular holiday boat parade on Green Valley Lake.
Take a bus tour to see all the holiday lights around town from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 15. Buses will depart from Julia Randall Elementary School.
Payson Supply Line
The Payson Supply Line joins Legacy Home Furnishings and 98.5 FM KCMA to celebrate God and country. The Payson Supply Line is marking surpassing its 500th care box for our fighting men and women in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The event is from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 24 in the Legacy Home Furnishings parking lot at Hwy 260 and Hwy 87. Legacy will be lighting its tree at 6 p.m.
