How long have you been in this profession and why did you choose it? I have been in the restaurant industry since I was 15 years old. I chose it because I enjoy working with people, especially in Payson, where I get to cater to people and see familiar faces.
What thought gets you through a day on your feet? Thoughts of my little girl, Zoe, she is two-and-a-half years old.
Describe your favorite customer: The people that come in are a pleasure to wait on. They appreciate the service.
Most embarrassing moment/worst spill? I have never dropped a tray, but I think that would be the most embarrassing experience to have. I have tripped in front of a table. That's pretty embarrassing.
What is always in your refrigerator? Whole milk and lots of bacon.
Hobbies: Volleyball, spending time with my daughter and family, shopping and snow boarding.
