Rylee Jean Anderson was born at Payson Regional Medical Center to parents Joshua and Stacy Anderson on Sept. 19, 2007 at 8:16 a.m. She weighed in at 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 18 inches long. Rylee joins big brother, Lincoln at home.
