Bill and Janet Snyder of Tonto Village celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary today. They were married in Milford, Pa. at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church. They have five children: Joanne Harper, Eileen Porter, Vicki Nelson, Bill Snyder Jr. all of Yuma, and Carolyn Peterson of Denison, Iowa. The couple also has 12 grandchildren and one great-grandson. Bill and Janet moved all their family from Milford, Pa. to Yuma in 1967. They then bought a cabin in Tonto Village in 1992 and have been happily retired. Bill was a geodetic surveyor for Yuma Proving Ground and Janet retired from the Yuma Union High School District guidance office in 2000
