Lois Beth Turpin Randle passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on April 19, 2008.
She was born Oct. 23, 1921 in Lark, Utah to William and Clara Turpin, the youngest of six children. She graduated from Bingham High School and LDS Business College. She married Arnold D. Randle on June 27, 1942 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They enjoyed almost 66 years of marriage. They had three children, Craig, Vicki and Lori.
Lois worked as a secretary in many venues, building a successful business with Arnold. Through their life they participated actively in the Lion's Club and Rotary International and spent many happy years at their cabin in Payson. She cared for her family tirelessly. She was blessed with grandchildren who adore her, Zach, Ethan, Lee and Erin in Utah and Randy in Mesa. Two great-grandchildren, Jonah, 6, and Naomi, 20 months, were a joy in her life. Doing for others was her work, her hobby and her life.
She is survived by her loving husband, Arnold; her children, Craig and wife Joyce, Vicki and husband David, and Lori; grandchildren, Zach, Ethan and wife Lee, Erin and Randy; great-grandchildren Jonah and Naomi. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Wayne, LaMont and Ralph; her sisters, Evelyn and Alice.
The family extends their deepest gratitude for the loving care shown her by her doctors, the staff at Friendship Village and Hospice of the Valley. She's been surrounded by angels. Nana-great, we will miss you!
Memorial services will be held in Mesa and Salt Lake City, Utah. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley, The American Heart Association or The American Cancer Society.
