Here is an opportunity to master the basics of digital photography and have fun doing it. Tom Brossart, editor of the Payson Roundup, has held a camera in his hand for more than 30 years and still loves to create pictures.
Brossart taught photography at the Gebhardt Institute of Art, inincinnati, Ohio and at community colleges. Over the years, Brossart operated a portrait and commercial photo studio, and has been with newspapers as ahotographer, photo editor, or editor.
"The class will provide basic information that every aspiring photographer can use, from using light to capturing that great photo," Brossart said.
The student will explore and practice basic camera control, composition with techniques in framing the subject, and digital photo editing.
