Janet Crocker McQueen, born Jan. 18, 1933, died Aug.13, 2008.

She was the wife of Robert B. McQueen and best known as the 1997-2001 director of New Beginnings and as a member of Mountain Bible Church.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jana; and granddaughter, Kara; as well as her parents, Charles and Helen Crocker.

Survivors include her husband, Bob; son, Steve McQueen; and daughters, Sandi Sutterfield and Beth McQueen; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; her brothers, Bill (Mary) Crocker and Ben (Mona) Crocker; and sisters, Joyce Menser and Lucille Wright.

There will be a memorial service at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 19 at Mountain Bible Church, 302 E. Rancho Road, Payson. Burial will be in San Diego, Calif.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Mrs. McQueen's name be made for Bibles to be distributed by son, Steve McQueen, who is serving as a missionary in Mexico.
