Two Local Businesses Pay It Forward To Senior Thrift Store

Gene and Betty Neumann of Neumann Paint, 1006 N. Beeline Highway, provided a much-needed facelift to the Payson Senior Thrift Store by organizing an exterior paint project and furnishing all the paint.

David Yank of Benjamin Moore Paints in Goodyear also supplied paint, and Stan Keith of SSII Painting, 1003 E. Frontier. St., donated nine volunteer painters’ time and talent to do the actual painting. The Senior Center board, staff, members and volunteer thrift store workers are grateful to all whom made the store sparkle just in time for the holidays!

In a book and movie the concept of “paying it forward” introduced the act of a receiver passing a kindness on to someone who needs their help. Please remember these kind companies when purchasing paint and supplies for your projects. The Senior Thrift Store strives to pass that kindness on to you by our commitment of providing the very best of stylish, clean clothing, furniture, dishes, outdoor needs and much more including our Christmas Shop currently open. You will be surprised at our low prices as we wish you the peace and joy of an affordable holiday season.
