Ellen Huft, a longtime resident of Forest Lakes and most recently of Payson, died Jan. 27, 2008. She was born June 25, 1927 in Detroit, Mich.
She worked as a psychologist and as a teacher of psychology and sociology at Glendale Community College for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Frances and sons, John and Robert; a granddaughter, Julie and grandsons Dustin and Jason; and great-granddaughter Patricia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank and her daughter, Patricia.
Services will be at 3 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 9 at the Forest Lakes Library.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mrs. Huft's name may be made to cancer research.
