‘So That My House Will Be Full', a week-end of outreach and training to persons with disabilities, their families, caregivers, churches and those with a heart for the disabled will be hosted at the Mountain Bible Church Campus, 302 E. Rancho Road, on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 9 and 10.
There is no cost to attend with a complimentary lunch provided on Saturday.
Saturday morning will begin at 8:30 with registration, followed at 9:30 by the welcome and keynote address by Gary DeVelder of Joni and Friends of Greater Phoenix.
Breakout training sessions will include classroom management and learning disabilities featuring colleagues Pam Baldwin and Tammy Custis. DeVelde will present Inclusion: ‘That all May Worship'.
Following lunch, learning styles and team building, as well as curriculum options with a team of local teachers and Mike Adams from the Phoenix First Assembly of God. Saturday sessions will end with a closing ask me anything panel.
