What It Will Take For Mccain To Win

If Senator McCain expects to get elected he must change his attitude on energy 180 degrees or he's going to lose. He now has an excellent opportunity to make himself electable. Recent polls show that 47 percent or more of Americans favor drilling in ANWAR, off shore and many other areas and to promote recovery of oil and gas from the western states shale and sandstone deposits.

Forget this so called pristine stuff, there's nothing in ANWAR except bleakness and useless wilderness, except for its oil and gas, and a few polar bears. I don't ever see ANWAR as another Grand Canyon with tourist flocking to visit it, ever, never, ever.

The Fish and Wildlife Service just issued regulations to provide legal protection to seven oil companies planning to search for oil and gas in the Chukchi Sea of the northwest coast of Alaska.

Enviro/wackos said the new regulations give the oil companies a blank check to harass the polar bears, big deal, there are more bears now than in past times. The oil companies have shelled out some $2.6 billion just for the oil leases. People just don't seem to realize the tremendous monies it takes to discover and produce oil and gas. These new oil rigs cost billion of dollars not millions. Their profit is only 8 percent, same as most other U.S. companies. Your congressmen don't tell you that, as well as a lot of other things.

The people want and demand a cheaper and abundant fuel, they won't get it if the liberal Democrats are elected. Here is a great opportunity for McCain to show his courage and guts to go around the liberals and their fellow enviro/wackos and provide our country with a realist and a practical power of energy.

The president of the Czech Republic stated the following "the largest threat to freedom, democracy, the free market economy and prosperity is no longer our way. It is instead the ambitious, arrogant, unscrupulous ideology of environmentalism".

This is a portion of President Vaclav Klauss speech before the international conference on climate change, March 2-4, New York City. Where is Reverend Gore's Conscience?

Our congress is wasting billions of our tax dollars on many of their worthless agenda on global warming and energy when no one really knows if any of their agendas have any merit.

They are too selfish and have too much self interest to even consider or have any realism or are national enough to make a serious study of the energy and global warming problem, they just blindly accept Reverend Gore's bible as the gospel.

They need to change the name of their party to the "Know Nothing Party," which was popular a century or so ago.

Some parts of the Arctic have been warming for the past 100 years or more.

P.S. There will be a huge shortage of corn and soybeans due to all the storms throughout the mid-west corn belt. Where and what will our inept congress do, concerning food or fuel? Corn is now $7-8/bushel and soybeans at $12-14/bushel.

Look out, our food costs are going to the moon, if you hold out take issue on this write or call your congressmen, it does work.
