Elvira Hazel Jensen Fuller, born April 23, 1917 in Atena, Alberta, Canada, died March 2, 2008 in Mesa.
She married Stanley Ray Fuller on Dec. 19, 1941 in the Logan Utah LDS Temple. They moved to Strawberry in 1942 to the beloved Y-H Cattle Ranch at the Cove Ranch homestead, where Mr. Fuller had been born, and where Mrs. Fuller learned to love the ranch lifestyle.
She is survived by her sweetheart of almost 67 years, Stanley; her children, Ray (Pert), Chris (Janet), Carl (Evy), Tom (Cinnamon), JaNeen and Merriann (Paul Cady); 31 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Her oldest daughter, Mariam, preceded her in death as an infant.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving as a missionary for the church on 26 missions. She dearly loved to serve the children in the primary program. She served in the Relief Society, and many other organizations. She touched many lives throughout her life and will be best remembered for her compassion, charity and kindness toward others. Her greatest goal was to have an eternal forever family.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m., Saturday, March 22 at the Crismon LDS Ward Building at 454 N. Crismon Road in Mesa. There will be no viewing prior to the service.
