The Rim Country District of APW will meet at noon, Friday, March 28 at Pizza Factory.
The group is hosting Peter Aleshire, a reporter for the Payson Roundup, who has managed to write more than 12 books while working a variety of day jobs.
Over the years his day jobs have included being an English and journalism teacher at Arizona State University, working as a journalist at a variety of newspapers and serving as editor of Arizona Highways.
Aleshire's books focus on Arizona history, biography and natural history topics. He will talk about "Writing History Books While Working Your Day Job."
The meeting is open to the public free of charge and will take place in the meeting room of Pizza Factory, 238 E. Highway 260. For more information, call (928) 468-9269.
