It’s time again for the Main Street/APS Electric Light Parade. Saturday, Dec. 6, will be the Eighth Annual Electric Light Parade on Historic Main Street in Payson.
This is a fun-filled event of lighted floats parading down the street starting at 6 p.m.
This year’s parade will start at Sawmill Crossing and proceed west down Main Street to Green Valley Park.
Applications are available at the Town of Payson Office of Tourism and Economic Vitality at 600 S. Green Valley Parkway or you can go to www.paysonrimcountry.com and print one.
All applications are due by 3 p.m., Nov. 21.
Individuals as well as businesses are encouraged to participate. All entries must be decorated with lights.
Parade organizers are looking forward to another successful year and hope that community and business members will be a part of this wonderful community event.
Remember, the parade goes on even if it rains or snows, so bundle up and bring your chairs and some hot chocolate and kick off the the holiday season.
