Although I do respect Mr. Hinkie’s freedom of choice and agree that God may not be a Republican or a Democrat, there are certain laws that God has ordained which one party seems to value above the other.
I’m afraid that I cannot accept the claim of an individual that he is a Christian just because he says so. God tells us that we will know them by their fruit. When that “fruit” is an advocacy of the slaughter of babies and same-sex marriage, for example, which is diametrically opposed to what Jesus taught, how can I believe that that person is a follower of Jesus Christ?
Not to mention the fact that Mr. Obama was raised a Muslim and is allied with terrorists who want to destroy us. God help us if this smooth-tongued orator becomes the leader of our nation.
