Payson Citizens Leadership Academy was educational

I recently completed the 2008 Payson Citizens Leadership Academy.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank not only the town department heads, but also the members of their departments who were involved in the training.
It was a very educational course and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in how our town government functions.
