Why do you teach? I enjoy helping youth develop life skills and a strong work ethic.
Personal motto / words of wisdom: Your attitude determines your attitude.
Family: Husband Sid Wells, son Quinton, parents Dick and Doralee Connolly, mother-in-law Eva Dee Wells and lots of animals!
Pet peeve: Negative people and dirty sinks, just ask my students!
Favorite hobby or leisure activity: Keeping up with my boys in roping, baseball, hunting and outdoor activities.
Person in history you’d most like to meet and why: My past relatives as they helped pioneer in Arizona.
Why Payson? Family, mountains, cooler climate.
In school, who was your favorite teacher and why? Miss Fyffe, my home economics teacher. She taught me lots about sewing and she believed in me!
What was your favorite subject in school and why? Home economics. I could sew for hours.
What was your favorite year in school and why? Freshman year, I would giggle and the boys were finally taller than I was.
