The Arizona Real Estate Investors Association will meet Monday, Dec. 8 at the Herberger Theater.

For the next two months the group will focus on the outlook for 2009. The December meeting will feature a panel discussion on trends in real estate investing. In the workshop, experts will continue exploration on services and products that help investors with their business and save them money. They will look at a creative way to increase cash flow by eliminating the mortgages on income property in one-third to one-half the time.

Workshops and their times are:

• 5:15 p.m. Workshop — Increase Cash Flow through Mortgage Elimination

• 7 p.m. Main Meeting — Trends in Real Estate Investing

What is really going on out there? Experts in several different areas will discuss the current environment, including types of current transactions, creative transactions, current legal issues, the state of renting property, property management issues and much more.

Bring your questions as the panel will be available to answer questions directly from the audience. Panel discussions are always lively and informative.
