Why do we want an organization to come to town that takes the citizens of Payson to court to challenge our right to vote? That is what the YMCA did.

They want to come here and build a facility for us and take over our pool. They mail out a lot of promotional paperwork and buy lots of ads in newspapers to sell their organization.

Then when the citizens say they want a say on whether their building goes in our park, they take us to court to stop us. No thanks. This is not the organizations I want teaching our children values. Please vote no on Proposition 401 when you get your ballot in the mail.
