The Town of Payson Design Review Board, commissioned by the Town Council one year ago wants to make sure local business and property owners are appreciated for their continuing efforts to make Payson a desirable place to live, work and play.

Since its creation in May 2007, the Design Review Board has reviewed many new developments, revitalization of existing facilities, and is focused on improving the existing development guidelines to promote quality construction in keeping with Payson’s western and mountain forest character.

If you have questions about Design Review, would like to share your ideas with the Board, or are interested in serving on the Board please contact the Community Development Department Staff at (928) 474-5242. The Design Review Board meets at 3:00 p.m. in the Community Development Department Conference Room, 303 N. Beeline Hwy, the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
