Proposition 105 awakens me to the deplorable voting record of our citizens. This proposition is certainly not one that I approve of, but we do need to improve voter participation.

My solution would be drastic but people would vote. Oh yes, my idea is to fine any state resident who does not register to vote $100 per year.

Also any registered voter (not physically or mentally incapacitated) who does not vote would be fined $100 per election. I’m sure this would ensure a good voter turn-out for Arizona. A democracy would be the result.
