Payson Regional Medical Center will have an open house for its new Outpatient Imaging Center Thursday.
The new facility is a multi-million dollar expansion for the hospital, which has been developed through most of 2008.
“The facility is designed to provide easier access and faster outpatient service for citizens of the Rim Country,” said Cory Houghton, PRMC director of marketing.
Located at 127 E. Main St., Payson, the ribbon-cutting ceremony and accompanying festivities will be from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 23.
The event will celebrate the new radiology and expanded services PRMC is bringing to the community. These services include a professional staff, local physician support, top-of-the-line imaging equipment, advanced technology and more.
The open house will feature tours of the facility, refreshments and drawings every hour for great prizes.
