We are longtime residents of Strawberry. We have known Tommie Martin for many years, but actually came to know her better since she became our District 1 Supervisor. It is an honor to have her on our side. We have seen firsthand how she can bring a room full of diverse interest folks together on issues.

She has worked hard for her entire district. We know personally of her accomplishments within and around Pine and Strawberry. The first-strike water setups that are strategically placed all over the Rim Country have saved our bacon several times. The dollars that were matched by the county (through her encouragement) for the firebreaks around Pine and Strawberry were a blessing.

The round wood ramada currently under construction at the community center in Pine was made possible when Supervisor Martin said yes to matching dollars through a grant from the Northern Arizona Wood Products Association. Come take a look.

We could go on and on about our fine supervisor and her wonderful leadership, but we will just end by saying that Tommie Martin is our choice for District 1 Supervisor. Please vote, it is not a privilege, it’s a responsibility.
