Is YMCA using membership dues to pay for lawyers, ads?

Where did the YMCA get all of the funds to pay their lawyers and advertise so heavily? I bet the money came from membership dues they receive at their other YMCAs.
So, if they were to come here, where will our membership dues be used? Probably not here in Payson.
I am voting no on Prop. 401.
