Payson Police arrested three Beaver Valley residents Sunday morning on multiple drug charges after a six-week investigation.
Theodore Wallace, 48, Penny Wallace, 42 and Levi Wallace, 20, were arrested Aug. 31 in their home, 1016 S. Palomino Way, after police obtained a search warrant and raided the home, said Chief Don Engler.
During a search of the home, authorities found more than half a gram of methamphetamine, five marijuana plants, drug paraphernalia and several weapons, Engler said.
Officers arrested Theodore and Penny on charges of possession and use of a dangerous drug, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and cultivation of marijuana.
Levi was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and weapons misconduct.
Payson police handled the case because detectives believe the drugs were coming back into the community, Engler said.
On Aug. 7, Theodore was arrested on charges of failure to pay fine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs.
More information will be available in Friday's Roundup.
