Have you felt the change in the air? Can fall be far behind?
I have noticed that some of the leaves have begun falling from the trees and a little bit of color is beginning to show.
I noticed it the other day on my marigolds. They got a bit of frostbite.
I was at my neighbor’s house today and I noticed that the tomato plants have also been bitten by Jack Frost.
I haven’t looked in the “Almanac” this year, so I don’t know if we will experience an early winter. I hope that we do and will receive a lot of snow. Our ponderosa trees need it and the water table needs it.

The girls are not fussy about what you bring, there have been times when all we had was desserts. It doesn’t matter, we will eat whatever is brought. Some of the food is so great that a cookbook has been suggested.
That would be sometime in the future. So, come and join this lively group of gals and have a fun afternoon.
