Patients’ Choice nominations sought

Payson Regional Medical Center is once again seeking to honor one of its nurses with the Patients’ Choice Award.
To make a nomination, send the nurse’s name and a few paragraphs explaining your nomination, along with your name (and the name of the patient if different), address and phone number via e-mail to shelleydunman@
chs.net; by mail to Cory Houghton, marketing director, Payson Regional Medical Center, 807 S. Ponderosa St., Payson, AZ 85541, or by fax to (928) 472-1295. The deadline for submitting a nomination is April 29, with the award scheduled for presentation during Nurses’ Week, May 6-12.
